No yoke is side-stick for ps5 when msfs come out to ps5

I recently purchased MSFS 2020, having been flying using FSX since 2004. I have watched tutorials for hours, and no matter what I do—having loaded a flight plan from SimBrief or using one created by the simulator—the autopilot will work for a while, and then all of a sudden, the A320 Neo will turn and circle as it nosedives into the ground.
Also, the altitude changes on its own, and climb and descent have no control. I bought a new high-powered computer dedicated to the sim to ensure great performance. As it is now, the planes are unflyable.

I started the game on Saturday 03-29-25. It worked fine.
The next day, I tried to start the game; it went dark when loading. I tried everything that I could think of, and it didn't work. Step 1 - uninstalled the game after signing out of Game Pass, where I bought Premium Deluxe. Step 2 - reinstalled in D drive and checked everything.
It looked fine. I went to start, black screen, then Xbox sign, then dark. A little bit it started loading at the bottom of the screen; it gets to 65%, then it goes dark, nothing. Step 3 - tried checking graphics and other items with a friend for two hours, no luck.
Step 4 - uninstalled and reinstalled back to C drive, started the game a bit, then it opened to the start page where you choose career, free flight, and so on. That was fine, but the picture was a lot darker than in the past; the background was black. I went to career; it showed options, but no person or desk, black background. I went to pick a mission, and I saw the choices on the left of the screen, but the world was black; I could not see where I was.
Step 5 - went to free flight; I can see my plane in the upper left and where you pick to depart from and where you want to go; the world again, black. I picked a random airport, went to load, took a bit, background black, but the 'Fly Now' in yellow shows, so I clicked it to fly, then nothing but black. But when you move your mouse to the top of the screen, you can get your choices for the EFD, the weather, and ATC, but nothing else; no plane, no cockpit, nothing, all black. Quit the game, went back to the drawing board.
Step 6 - uninstalled, reinstalled, tried again, black, nothing would load. A friend and I tried again for two hours; I needed help because, one, I am not a computer wizard, don't know my head from my hind end. I have been playing this game 700 plus hours with some bugs, but it happens most all hours been in career grinding away.
But now I am lost and have no clue, so any help on this would be appreciated. I did send an email to Microsoft Support; I have not heard back yet.

I bought the 787-8 on Microsoft Flight Sim and they did not say that I had to have the deluxe edition until after I bought it. So now I'm just sitting with a jet in my garage with no ability to fly with it in Microsoft Flight Sim.
